Refunds — stablecoin-attestations
Last updated 6 October 2026.
The rule
If the product did not do what this site says it does, ask and you get your money back.
- A paid call that failed for a reason on our side is not yours to pay for. Where it was charged, we refund it.
- Unspent prepaid credits are refundable. Ask and we return the balance.
- Anything we broke: if a fault of ours meant the service did not do its job, we refund that period whether or not you ask, once we notice.
Payments in USDC are different, and we would rather say so
An on-chain transfer cannot be reversed by us. There is no mechanism to put it back the way it came.
In practice this matters less than it sounds, because we settle only after the call has succeeded — a call that fails is never charged at all, so there is nothing to refund. Where a refund is owed anyway, we send USDC back to the address that paid, on the same network, which needs that address to still be one you control.
If you would rather pay by something reversible, use prepaid credits or a subscription. Both are card-based.
How to ask
Write to us at https://agentwares.vercel.app/contact, choose the refund topic and say which account; give the email address on the account as your reply address so we can match it. Card refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within a few business days.
